Clients must be at least 18 years of age and demonstrate a desire to receive and benefit from services.

Clients must not pose a threat to themselves or others.

Clients requiring special medical services to be provided by in-home medical professionals must have those services in place prior to receiving services from OCIL.

Clients must be independent in taking prescribed medications or able to take medications with verbal reminders, per posted schedules, automated dispensers, etc.

Clients who want assistance with moving, must be employed and/or able to afford to do so.

Behavioral issues that may affect program participation must be addressed prior to entering the program.
